How to maintain the diesel stacker
1. Routine inspection before stacker operation:
Routine inspection before the operation has an absolute impact on the safety of the day's work. Confirm that the stacker is in a safe state before operating your stacker.
Please perform the following actions before checking your stacker
a. Stop the stacker in a safe and stable place

Look around the stacker for oil leaks or water leaks.

Check if the mast chain tension is consistent.
Check the lamp system for damage and whether the protector has deformation cracks.
Open the hood
Check the cooling water level. Check the engine oil level. Check the fan belt for cracks and wear. Check the battery electrolyte level. Check the hydraulic oil level. Check the brake oil level. 2. Regular inspection and maintenance
